From founding Verve Real Estate and Vaun Property in Melbourne to expanding these ventures into Asia with offices in Nanning, Hong Kong, and Ho Chi Minh City, John has consistently pushed boundaries.
In 2017, he set his sights on redefining Melbourne’s real estate market, launching Belle Property International Melbourne. Known for his innovative approach to project marketing and deep commitment to educating investors about Australia’s property market, John has left an indelible mark on the industry.
But his ambitions didn’t stop there. John brought his entrepreneurial acumen to the hospitality industry, owning award-winning venues like Tian38 and Wakuda Japanese Restaurant.
Today, as the founder and director of Space Property, John is tackling one of Australia’s most urgent challenges: the housing crisis. His vision? To provide Australians with affordable housing solutions and empower them to generate passive income, fostering financial independence and sustainable communities.
