South African born, Cody spent part of his childhood in Sydney before relocating to Brisbane. He has now begun his newest chapter in Melbourne, where he is committed to helping address Australia’s housing shortage by providing innovative modular housing solutions through Space Property Homes.
Before joining Space Property Homes, Cody worked in the automotive industry as a General Manager, leading a team of more than 40 people. Throughout his career, he built a reputation for his reliability, trustworthiness and calm, solutions-focused approach. His forward-thinking mindset, combined with his ability to bring out the strengths of those around him, ensured his teams consistently delivered outstanding customer experiences while achieving the best possible outcomes. This approach earned Cody recognition as a Top 3 Manager of the Year finalist at his industry’s annual awards.
Cody has always been a solutions driven person and Space Property Homes in his eyes was a solid fit. He knew from young that he wanted to make impactful outcomes to ordinary peoples lives. Always thinking about others, he has become a recognisable industry figure in the modular homes space.
